Anoop Bishnoi

Anoop Bishnoi is working hard to bring innovative education practices to the traditional system of education, starting from his hometown, Punjab.

Currently, he’s the Chairman at JDS School and Friends of Round Square (now Forum of Regional Schools), tackling the big challenges of getting students connected with standard education with a focus to develop their essential skills, which he believes is necessary from an early age so that children can adapt to the myriad skill sets that tomorrow’s jobs will need.

He’s a strong believer that true empowerment happens only through education; it holds the power to turn the chaos into opportunities and the failures into success.

Anoop Singh Bishnoi is an entrepreneur and promoter of the alcohol and steel industries.   An alumnus of The Doon School, Dehradun, he completed his baccalaureate in Economics at St Stephen's College, Delhi; thereafter he earned his MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India in 1981 and since then has been working on and building various enterprises.
