Starting one’s own business indeed is one of the most adventurous things one can do in their life, after all, who doesn’t want to break free from the regular 9 to 5? To answer all these questions and more, we recently had a candid conversation with the Anoop Bishnoi, and here’s what he has to say to all the aspiring entrepreneurs, “No matter what time it is, there’s always some type of risk involved in the initial phase of any business idea. The thing is, you should be sure of what you want to do. If you have a market for your product/ service, the right strategy, and all the necessary resources to thrive, then don’t wait for any right time, just listen to your instinct and follow it. If you’ve decided to start, just remember one thing, be financially ready. When you work for someone else, you get paid - on time, every month. When you work for yourself, there’s no fixed earning initially, and you may even need to spend all your savings, but when the money starts coming in, there’s nothing like it! If you have that passion and ability to succeed and fail on your own terms, then today is the day, just start.”

Perhaps there’s no perfect moment to start…you’ll never find it if you’ll keep waiting for it. Success relies on survival, and if you’re ready to face it all, then this is the sign you’ve been waiting for, go start!

While the number of illiterate youth has decreased from 170 million to 115 million, nonetheless, the gender gap in literacy rates has remained relatively stable. For example, India has a significant gender disparity. Approximately 75% of Indian men have at least a basic level of literacy, while 51% of Indian women are literate. Some of the findings of a survey conducted among teachers, parents, and students to understand their perceptions and attitudes towards gender in the education space were as follows: most parents believe that nurturing and caring for children are basic responsibilities of women. Most parents believe that women tolerate violence for the sake of the family, and they point to symbols of sacrifice and compassion as evidence. According to 34% of parents, the main cause of sexual abuse is girls’ behavior and sartorial style. In India, girls face significant educational disparities. Inequalities in this demographic include low literacy rates and a lack of education.
