Sustaining Passion in Entrepreneurship –Anoop Bishnoi
It’s often said that passion is the key to success, but how exactly do you find your passion as an entrepreneur? If you’re wondering, this article is for you.
There’s an old saying that if you do what
you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life. While that mantra could
be contested, the sentiment behind it is undeniably compelling. If you’ve
already decided to start your own business, your success will largely be
determined by whether or not your business is centered on something you are
deeply passionate about.
To find out what we love to do or what we
are passionate about we asked for some tips from the well-experienced and
established business entrepreneur and mentor – Anoop Bishnoi. Here’s what
Anoop has to say, “…What you enjoy doing, what piques your interest, and what
makes you want to learn more, are the clues to finding your entrepreneurial
drive and direction. These are the things you must try to bring back to life.
Passion is a powerful feeling, but it can also be fleeting and that’s why you
need to balance it with your expertise. Reality is harsh, so think that if your passion disappears one day, do you have something to keep you
pushing forward? Passion isn’t a bad thing, it is required. However, using a passion for assessing business viability or success can be risky. Ideally, this
means that your entrepreneurial journey should be one of mindfulness…nurtured
by your passion.”
Going back in time could be exactly what
you need to find your way forward. Set realistic goals for yourself and be
conscious of your perspective. Every little achievement can serve as the
inspiration you were looking for and make it easier for you to be enthusiastic
about each day of work.
