Nearly a quarter of India’s population is in school or college, and quality learning is always an issue with such a large population. There are over 1.5 million schools in our country today, with approximately 250 million students enrolled, making the Indian education system the largest single system of its kind in the world. However, significant gaps in the Indian education system should concern educators, policymakers, and parents.
